WooHoo~ I get this badboy running last week finally after hour and hour works~ this 18RG engine fully rebuilt all gaskets, bearing and pistons…etc, have been replaced racing camshafts of course~ The HKS Turbo offered the 18RG Celicas in early 80’s very rare parts you can’t find any these days~ I fired this badboy up last Sunday and took a quick spin for test… Wow, FAST when the turbo click in~ but I noticed the shift bushing has a little worn out… and also the 4th gear has annoying noise when I left off the gas… need to have a look and get this fixed, but overall wasn’t that bad and the engine sound real nice, I love it~ The interior still has some works need to be done and also need to find a spot for the washer fluid tank because the HKS Turbo took all the spaces in the engine bay area…
I love the fender mirrors and all chrome trims personally, this is very classic look~ the hood flip open in the front is very cool designed, And also the hood & side vents is very nice touch though~ Why so many cool designs from 60’s ~ 70’s? Especially on cars~

I took this picture in the last summer at Seabrook in New Hampshire, I’m not a photographing expert... it was just by accident when I thrown a french fires to feeds the seagull and 'chick chack'~ I would say this gorgeous picture I’ve never made in my lifetime… I love it~
